From our end, we are rising to the challenge and are setting up online classes using Instabook. We are starting with body-weight centered Bootcamp, Pilates mat classes, and Yoga. Check the class schedule for classes being offered Virtually.


MARCH 2020 ZOOM INSTRUCTIONS (expired)

These days it seems like each day is crazier than the one before it. Now, more than ever we need to practice resilience and focus on what we can do to maintain a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

From our end, we are rising to the challenge and are setting up online classes using the Zoom app. We are starting with body-weight centered Bootcamp, Pilates mat classes, and Yoga. If the class is on the Mind-Body app, you can take it online!

Here’s how it will work:

  1. Download the Zoom app and set up an account if you don’t already have one. 

  2. Sign up for the class you want to take, either from our website or using the Mind-Body app. Be sure to do this at least 45 minutes before the class starts so you receive your link to sign into your class. Note: We will be closing registration 30 minutes before class starts.

  3. A link will be emailed to you after you register. 

  4. If you cannot make that time, register anyway, and then email us and we will send you the link in iCloud. You must register online to get the iCloud link.

Doing the things you need to do to stay healthy and staying connected to your community are some of the best ways you can take care yourself.
