This Inspired Flow vinyasa focuses on balance, strength and flexibility. Creative, intentional sequences build strength while connecting breath with movement. Every 60-minute class will get your body moving, heart pumping and blood flowing.

Description:
Tap into your power of mind, body and spirit with this Inspired Flow power vinyasa. Every 75 to 90-minute class is an upbeat, fast-paced, fluid practice centered on linking breath with motion. This holistic and spiritual approach via the 8 Fold Path and sutras will challenge you mentally, physically and spiritually.

Pilates

Description:
Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, this 50-minute Pilates mat class will strengthen your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes for a strong, lean, and muscle-toned body.

Bootcamp: Round I
