Description:
Two barre toning classes, two BBB classes, one cardio dance class and two Pilates mat classes. This bundle has got it all from high intensity to low impact dancing and mat exercises blended with some gooey stretching. All in the privacy and comfort of your own home. This is your chance to try something new all the while feeling like you are truly part of class. Check it out!
Barre Class - Barre is designed for all fitness levels. In each class we will work each muscle group to exhaustion, resulting in muscle stamina and endurance. Classes target the arms, abdominals, thighs and glutes, using ballet and Pilates inspired moves, as well as different props, to continuously challenge our bodies and engage our minds.
BBB Class - This well rounded workout will fuse bootcamp and barre. Be ready to combine strength, core work, cardio, balance work and stretch all in one class.
Cardio Dance - Move and groove to an array of music. Class starts with a warm up, proprioception work (find a ball or an item you can easily hold in your hand, non weighted), small hand weight work while moving (food cans work great) and then easy to follow, low impact dance moves, followed by a cool down and stretching. Great for all levels!
Pilates Mat - Pilates Mat classes are based from the principles of Joseph Pilates. We incorporate the lengthening of muscle into the strength of movement, to create a strong, lean core and muscle tone throughout the body.
