While there’s always a time and place for wine and cheese, these programs are designed to help you tune into your body’s needs using nutrient dense foods. Each plan will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a recommended snack list. A list of protein alternatives will be provided for those following a plant-based lifestyle.
All meal plans will omit the two common food allergies or intolerances—dairy and gluten. Throughout each program, alcohol, processed foods, and added sugars will be removed and caffeine intake is limited to 1-2 cups/day. Excessive caffeine and alcohol intake interfere with detoxification pathways and are often a culprit of digestive unease, irritability and sleep disturbances.
Healthy elimination and detoxification require energy in the form of food. There’s no calorie counting or portion control as adequate nutrition depends on age, sex, physical activity and current health state. You’ll learn about key nutrients to support your energy and stabilize blood sugar.

Whether you are looking to create a foundation for healthy living or a veteran nutrition challenger, this program is unlike any diet. Rather than following a restrictive cleanse, this program is all about what you can add to your diet. Throughout the 21 days, you will focus on the key nutrients that support your energy and mood. Bye, bye calorie counting and portion control! Eating balanced meals will allow you to better tune into your needs and listen to your hunger cues.
For the first two weeks, you will follow a customized, nutrient-dense meal plan that will satisfy you between meals, help replenish your body with nutrients post holiday enjoyments, and make you feel your best self.
Unlike most diet programs, the third week is your easing in phase where you will learn and implement tools that are foundational in maintaining healthy habits. You will create your own meal plan for week 3 from a recipe bank or build your own meals using provided recipe templates. You’ll also receive an additional guide to eating healthy throughout the week. Once you’ve mastered your healthy hacks, you’ll be ready to take these tools back into your daily routine and take on a new lifestyle. If you’ve participated in Eat Your Way Into Balance, this is a fantastic progression.
The Program Guide PDF will help set you up for success. It covers what to expect, how to best prepare and answer any preliminary questions. Then you’ll just need to stock your fridge and get in the right mindset to begin the program.

Get started with a 15 minute discovery call:
“My inspiration to pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian is the culmination and reflection of my own personal journey through nutrition in which I witnessed an evolution of food sourcing and quality during my childhood and my own personal health issues. I have deeply rooted memories of spending much of my childhood helping my parents cook, and I was fortunate to grow up in a household eating meals as a family around the table. As my mother learned more about nutrition herself, our dietary habits shifted from processed, canned foods to simpler, whole foods. I remember at the time, without realizing the root cause, a subtle yet significant increase in the quality of my life, spirit, and energy.
Despite graduating my childhood with a strong foundation in nutrition, I struggled in my adult life with gastrointestinal issues. Feeling helpless and often lost in my own discomfort, with the help of a specialized care team, I finally found respite through whole food therapies and functional nutrition. Through my struggles, I unearthed a community of patients blindly handicapped much in the same way as I was, not knowing where to turn or the source of the problem. As I turned the corner on my own health complications, I felt compelled to give back and help right the ship for others.
Combining evidence-based nutrition through an integrative and functional lens addresses the root cause of disease and provides a holistic, personalized approach to promote healing and protection against chronic disease. I believe there’s space for all foods and our decision to eat food should come from a place of nourishment rather than boredom, mindlessness, or distraction.”
